    I could not agree with you more! What is even worse is I am part of this generation ! We had a kid probably about 22 or 23 come in for an interview the other day and he didn't even have a suit on. Every adult man should own atleast one suit, but this kid came in to interview with our company, which is a very prestegious investment management company (3rd largest in the world) and he was wearing a polo shirt and khaki pants. He looked ready for the golf course but definitely not the office. After listening to your blog, I just had to share.
